Distance Learning Courses

Many of my students are mature, motivated, with an interest in the study of the human body and experience or previous study of the effects of diet, exercise, stress, emotions, disease, wellness on the functioning of the body. These distance learning courses are designed to guide you through a more structured learning process on the presumption that you actually have no formal previous knowledge.

Tell me and I will forget, Show me and I will remember, Involve me and I will understand
  -- Ancient Chinese Proverb

The Distance Learning Courses very much involve you in the learning process with Self Assessed questions to check on your progress, visualisations to help you retain information and exercises and activities to complete.
